Custom Automation & Workflow Tools

School districts rely on routines that keep everything moving, but many of those routines take more time than they should. Certificate generation, data entry, FAQ responses, communication routing, and report building are all predictable, repeatable tasks that can be simplified through practical automation.

We help districts build, implement, and maintain practical automation tools using Google Apps Script and your existing Google Workspace environment. Every tool is open source, runs on infrastructure you already have, and belongs entirely to your district.

Example: Student Roster Generator automatically pulls roster data from your existing systems and generates formatted, ready-to-use documents, reducing manual data entry and keeping information consistent across tools.

Communication Tools

Improve communication with staff, families, and community members through FAQ chatbots, targeted email notifications, form-to-notification routing, scheduled digests, and other automated communication tools.

Example: FAQ Chatbot answers common questions from staff, families, or community members using keyword matching for routine questions and AI assistance for more complex inquiries. Your team manages everything through a Google Sheet you control.
