Our Story

Compass Partners in Learning, a division of Black Hills Special Services Cooperative, strengthens the people and systems that connect learning across schools, families, and communities. For decades, we have partnered with educators, school leaders, families, communities, and organizations to navigate change and build strong foundations for success. Through training, professional learning, leadership development, and collaborative support, we build confidence, deepen connections, and align efforts to move education forward. Our approach connects schools, families, and communities so individuals are supported wherever learning happens.
