We have a strong relationship with all the divisions within the South Dakota DOE. We work together in many areas of work, from Results Driven Accountability (RDA) to supporting their events, and will continue to support their goals year over year.

Aspiring School Leaders

Thirty educators from across South Dakota are admired for having administrative characteristics within their school community, and can work through simulation activities, hear from other administrators and guest speakers on leadership.

Teacher Mentorship South Dakota

This, two-year, state matched partnership provides veteran and new teachers 30 hours of mentoring per year. These guided discussions go into detail about the Charlotte Danielson model for the best practices of teaching and learning.

Good to Great Teacher Mentorship

This mentorship program aims to empower teachers in years three to five of their career by improving their practice and fostering self-efficacy in a community of educators to instill confidence and increase teacher retention.
