COMPASS MEMBERSHIP

What Is It?

Compass Membership is an annual district or agency-level subscription designed to meet ongoing professional learning and development needs. For less than $2 per staff member per month, member school districts gain access to a comprehensive set of benefits, including on-demand training, conference support, and extended services. Benefits are distributed through an annual code.

Compass Membership aims to provide a cost-effective, flexible, and continuous solution to professional learning that can be tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each member school. Membership benefits are available to every teacher and administrator within their organization. Use our membership look up to confirm if your school is a member or request a membership to receive the benefits.

Access a growing library of selfpaced, online courses, including
evergreen content, book studies,
and shorter learning modules. Our
platform makes it easy to assign
training to individuals or groups
and track progress and completion. 

TIE Conference Discounts 

Enjoy discounts on TIE Conference
registration, including 30% off per
staff member, 40% off
whole-staff registrations, and two free tickets. Your membership also includes resources for teacher absences. 

Expanded PD Services

Enhance your on-site professional
development with discounted
training rates, complimentary
pre- and post-training support, and
the option to add on a shared
eBook and audiobook collection
for staff and students.

Shared OverDrive Collection (Add On)

Members have the option of joining a shared professional and student library for a small additional fee. This OverDrive library includes over 8,000 ebooks and audiobooks for students of all ages as well as hundreds of professional audiobooks for educators on the go.
