At Compass, we’ll facilitate one-to-two day data retreats that bring schools and organizations together to deeply analyze local, state, and federal data. Utilizing multiple sources—including NWEA, Acadience, statewide assessments, and district-specific measures—we’ll guide teams through a structured process to identify trends, uncover root causes, and prioritize strategies with the greatest impact. Then we’ll package it up in a clear, shared plan for what you can do next to implement your findings.
